In the EasyWeek dashboard, go to the 'Gift cards' section, choose the certificate type (amount-based or service-based), set the price and validity period. The system will automatically generate a unique code.
Can customers buy certificates online?
Yes, customers can buy gift certificates via your website or the mobile app. Payments are processed through secure payment systems, and the certificate is sent by email.
How can I track certificate usage?
In the analytics section, you can see all sold certificates, their status (active, used, expired), and usage statistics. Detailed reports are also available.
Can I set an expiry date for certificates?
Yes, you can set a validity period for each certificate type. The system will automatically track expired certificates and notify you.
