EasyWeek (easyweek.io) is a dynamic start-up specialising in online appointment software. We’re committed to transforming how businesses manage appointments and schedules, making it effortless and efficient.
We are currently looking for a proactive and caring Customer Support Manager who can communicate in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional customer support? Do you have experience in the IT field and fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, and English? If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Remote Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Chat Support: Engage with customers through our chat support platform (Intercom) to help with questions, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally
- System Presentation: Be the go-to expert for presenting our software to potential customers online via Zoom or Google Meet when they request demos. Show them how EasyWeek can transform their appointment management
- Multilingual Support: Use your language skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian to support our diverse customer base effectively
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing clear and concise solutions
- Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: knowledge bases and other support resources
Requirements
- Experience in organising online sales and a willingness to develop sales skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Confident computer skills (typing, quickly switching between tools)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and complete workload, and to quickly pick up new technologies, procedures and applications
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and be a proactive team player
- Motivated to learn and grow within the organisation
- Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
- Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative culture where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes for users
